Legal Question in Family Law in California

i am married to a man in the army, he is in iraque. we have a son together. i just filed for devorce and an emergency ex parte because recently got a job in las vegas nv. and i just perchased a home.im leaving California, Is it legal for me and my son to move at this time?

You can't get a judgment against a deployed service member. You can file but once he returns then it will revert to the beginning. Since you filed then there is an automatic restraining order on everything and have to get permission from the court now.
