Legal Question in Family Law in California

After I became married to a Mexican National, I later discovered that during the consulate interview that she is forever ineligble for a Visa due to a prior alien smuggling charge that I was not aware of. Do I have a good case for an annulment? I want to be sure due to the high cost of this type of case.

It doesn't sound like you have grounds for annulment to me.
