Legal Question in Family Law in California

i got married here in mexico this year on january 5th im a mexican citizen and her a american citizen.we were living here but do 2 uncompadibility issues she left.shes like five months pregnant.im fanancially well off and have the means 2 provide for my child when born.how can i get child custudy when the chil is born?

Hello and thank you for your question.

You need to file for divorce and for child custody when the child is born. The Judge will order a custody and a parenting plan for visitation.
