Legal Question in Family Law in California

Got married , 5 min later we are not , she married me for self gain and won't complete the dissolution paperwork because and I quote , " can get more if I don't " end of quote . How can I keep her from doing this to me ? please help . Thankyou

You can't post drama as facts on a forum like this. It doesn't make sense. Are you married or not? You write "5 min later we are not". How are we supposed to interpret that?
