Legal Question in Family Law in California

Have been married twice to the same person. now we are divorcing again do we have to go thru child custody again even though we both agree on everything and it was determined during the first divorce?

yes as this is a new dissolution. you two can stipulate to the custody andget the judge to sign off

You should resolve the custody, support and property issues with a Marital Settlement Agreement. I would suggest that you get a consultation concerning the issues with a family law attorney. You do not need to go through the whole process if you have an agreement. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
