i got married in reno nevada an they told me i had to come bak an get re married for it to be finallized is this true? because me an the guy are not together an im tryin to get custody of my daughter.

Huh? Who told you this? Why would you have to be "remarried"? Where is your daughter now? There are so few facts here that it would be impossible to give you any type of accurate answer.
