Legal Question in Family Law in California

Not married

Spent 25 years with a women acting like a man and wife. We built a business together and it was in her name only, I worked in the business 24/7. She acquired a lot of income producing real estate during this time. I recently went into the hospital and will be layed up for a while. She moved me out of our home while I was in the hospital. (Home in her name only) What rights do I have?

This is a very complex issue. You may be able to prove a partnership in the business, or an agreement to share. These cases require a lot of preparation and investigation.
