Legal Question in Family Law in California

Married three times. Spouse 1 and 3 are expired. Spouse #2 has gone to court and had herself declared "sole surviving spouse". I'm now about to retire and she will want half of my retirement. HR needs a document signed by her to give up her claim on my retirement which is not going to happen. She has also been re-married since our divorce. How do I proceed to get her out of my retirement?

It depends on what your divorce decree with spouse #2 states and whether a QDRO was ever issued. Have you spoken to a competent family law attorney about this?
