still married
i was told that the first wife pay for half of the divorcean 1999 but neaver took the paper back.its been 9yd she wont return his calls.what can we do?

There is no rule that the divorce cost be split equally. If she won't cooperate, you can't still complete the process. She just has to be "served," with the papers.
