I've got married in USA to an Iranian American. I just want to get divorceand wonder if I could get half of the property that he has owned in Iran after our marriage ?

It depends on where the money used to purchase the property came from. If it was community property you can either get half or get an order for payment of half the value.

You need to speak to an attorney in person, who is familiar with these things. California does not have jurisdiction over property in Iran.
