Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I was married in Vegas and never lived with my husband but lived with another partner for several years and got pregnant unexpectedly what will happen once the baby is born? annulment hasnt settled and I live in California.

I can only tell you based on california law. If you are still married to your husband there will be a rebuttable presumption that he is the father of the child. The key word here is rebuttable. DNA testing will be able to rebut this presumption.
