Mr. McCrary is correct, Jr. is not part of his name anymore than Esq. is part of mine or M.D. is part of my gf's. I also agree with Mr. McCrary's suggestion that you work hard on your marriage so you don't need to come see us. I would also add, however, that it's a really good idea to spend a little time with one of us now, just in case. Even if you don't need or want a prenup, just some simple advice now can save much worry and grief in the future. We get many many questions here from people in a panic, not because they are getting divorced, but just because things are rocky and they're afraid they'll get screwed in a divorce. Setting things up correctly now will take the money issue out of the invariable rocky times you will face in your years together, and that will make them easier to get through.
