I was married for 1 year. have been separated for 3 1/2 years. do i have to pa y temporary support i am on workers comp

If the judge orders you to, you will have to pay it. Contrary to what you may have heard, there is no hard and fast formula, such as number of years of marriage. It depends on a number of factors.
