Legal Question in Family Law in California

We have being married for 3 years now and I just bought a house in California with my fathers' inheritance money; I understand that it is my sole and personal property, she had also signed a quit claim deed during the purchase of the property giving me the sole and personal ownership. We are not getting along and I will be filing for divorce soon, in the meantime how can I go about evicting her out of my house?

You can't legally evict your wife from your family residence. You owe a duty of care and support that includes a roof over her head. Once you file for divorce you can include an immediate request for separate maintenance and sole posession of the family home, and considering it is your separate property you are highly likely to get the order. That's your quickest path to the result you want.
