Ive been married for 9 years in california, i got married in vegas, i want a devorse!,
We have no children, we filed chapter 7 and that is all done now, we owe nothing to anyone, we rent in an appartment now. she is asking for spousal support, should i give her anything? shes asking for 750 a month for 5 years and 1/2 of my 401k.
where do i stand.

Depends on the respective incomes of the parties as to whether you might owe spousal support or not..
The law states that you could be "on the hook" for 1/2 the length of the marriage (from date of marriage until date of separation only).
She would have a right to half of what you put into the 401(k) only during the marriage and not for your contributions from before the marriage or after the two of you separated.
