Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been married 12 years; together for 14 years, husband moved out and doesnt feel he owes me any type of support; he informed me that my first marriage was never finalized and feels we should just have a quick divorce since we do not have any property, major assets nor did we have kids together ; I helped him raise his 5 year old son til he was 18 and he helped raise me daughter since she was 4years old til she was 17 and left us in a very difficult situation All we have is debt. I had severance package because he wanted me to stay home with the kids. I lost my car my credit is horrible and I am receiving unemployment $1280 a month my rent alone is $1350. not including any other bills. I would like to get support from him.

You probably are entitled to spousal support. Your husband cannot hide behind the fact that this marriage may not have been legal. You are what the law considers a putative spouse, entitling you to all the benefits a legally married spouse would be entiteld to, including spousal support. As far as debt goes, you may want to consider bankruptcy. You can file an emergency order for immediate support and then file for bankruptcy to discharge your debt.
