Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have been married 4 1/2 years, almost 5 in March. I am filing for divorce from my spouse, we dont have any children, property and small debts that I am willing to pay for. Can I have him served at the parole office? He is still on parole. I have the following forms fl 110,fl 105, fam 64 are there any additional forms that I am missing? Its pretty inexpensive to file pro per.

Please meet with a family law facilitator in the court where you are processing the pleadings to be given the paper work guidance you need. Unless court budget cuts eliminated these services, there should be regularly scheduled divorce paper work clinics.
You can have him served at the parole office. You appear to qualify for summary dissolution, also. Have you considered that option?
