married 14 years. 2 minor children, own home. spouse bipolar schizophrenic . want divorce custody of children. ill spouse has not worked due to illness. are they entitled to support if i receive custody of minors .

Yes, you may be liable for spousal support. Child support is based on your income, his income (or disability payments) and the amount of visitation. Depending on those factors, the possibility exists that you would have to pay him child support also. I would highly suggest that you seek out a family law specialist in your area to help you.
