Legal Question in Family Law in California

Been married for 7 years now my wife and her brother are on the home loan title. He helped us purchase the home as a co signer. We are divorcing now am I entitled to half of our home. ? We both have payed for the home.

From the description in your question , it sounds like your wife's brother is not making a claim to an interest in the home. If that's the case, then you equally divide the residence.
