Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was married for 18 years,during my divorse, I married a man whom was also still married. I than got that marraige anold. my question is Am i allowed to collect alamonyfrom that 18 year marraige? thank you for you help

If your marriage was anulled then all of your legal rights are extinguished. If you did not go through with the anullment yet, you could try to seek alimony under alternative theories of putative spouse. You should consult with a local attorney to see if that is possible. Most likely though if your anullment has long been granted, all of your legal rights have long been gone.
