If I marry my boyfriend, would his ex-wife be able to use my income (combined with his) to get her child support & alimony re-calculated?

Only to the extent the two of you will have new taxation on his income. Only his post-tax income is used to calculate and pay child support. Spousal support generally is not modified upward, because it is based on need and standard of living during the marriage, not future improvements in the paying spouse's fortunes.
