If I marry in CA, can I legally divorce in Thailand?

Can I marry in CA and if necessary get a divorce in Thailand if my wife is

Thai?

Also, is a marriage ceremony in Thailand that is NOT registered with the Thai

government, considered legal by CA?

Is a Pre-Nup signed in Thailand at the time of the Thai marriage ceremony, a

legal Pre-Nup document in CA if the CA marriage isn't for 90 days?

Sorry if I am missing something, but why not just not marry her to begin with? Is this some kind of immigration fraud (that would be a US federal crime)?
