Marrying a Minor

My sons girlfriend is 17 1/2 years old and he is 24, I have legal custody of her from the courts and she lives with us at our home.Her parents are okay with the situation as well. First, can we be in trouble legally because they are dating?

And, they say they want to get married. What does that require in California?
