If I mary a man that has a child and I have no children yet can the ex go after any of my income?

Go after your income for what? Child support? Your income will change the amount of child support. With your income, you and your spouse will pay higher taxes such that the ex will have to probably pay a higher child support. Other that than, I do not see how the ex can touch your income.
