Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can you tell me what this means? I think we have a hearing to set a settlement conference date/ and or trial date. Am I correct?

It sounds to me like the hearing is a Mandatory Settlement Conference, but if the matter doesn't settle, then a trial date will be set, but I would have to see the actual notice.
