Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mediation

I'm going to Mediation, Are the Attorneys allowed to be in Mediation? i do not have an Attorney but he does? Any advise?

No attorneys are not allowed in the mediation. My advise is talk to an attorney before mediation so that you will know your rights and responsibilities. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
