I have recently recieved papers regarding the

dissolution of marriage from my spouse.I dont know what to do in response,beacause it was a sudden move by my spouse, i have been married to him for last 5 years , i am u.s citizen and he just got his permanent greencard in last few weeks

to the best of my knowledge i think he played with

me just to get a permanent green card to live in

u.s.

what i want to know that if there is any way to deport him from u.s and if i m eligble for alimony.

This is a very complicated situation that is difficult to answer based on the limited information here. Spousal support? Probably yes. You need to get those papers to an attorney as you have a very limited amount of time in which to file responding papers with the court.
