Mediation

Can I tape record my mediation appointment with

a private mediator? If not , how can I protect my

right with an unethical mediator?

You cannot tape the session without knowledge of the other participants. Once you tell them that will probably end the mediation. There is no case law on this, however, my opinion is that you have a right to record, in any manner that you wish the mediations session. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
