Medical coverage

Am I obligate to provide medical coverage to my spouse,we haved lived apart since 1993.

Re: Medical coverage

You should provide medical insurance for your wife even though you have been separated for several years. You could still be responsible for her uninsured medical expenses. It is my understanding that you are required to carry medical insurance for her until the marriage is dissolved or there is a judgment of separation.
