Medical Insurance

Under California law, can I keep my spouse under my medical insurance once we are divorced? I'd rather not.

Once the marriage is dissolved she is no longer your spouse. Therefore she does not qualify for medical insurance as a spouse. She would be eligible for COBRA, a continuation of medical insurance, but she would have to pay the monthly premiums.
