can medical marijuana be smoked in presence of minors

Generally the courts do not like smoking in the presence of minors. I would probably assume marijuana is also not something the court approves of doing in front of a minor child. I would be careful with that, even though you are a medical marijuana patient. It may have an effect on your custody issue.
