Mess

Is it true that if my husband abandons myself and our two children, house, debts, taxes, I can file for and receive state help for me and my 2 sons? Do I file for divorce or what are my options?

I can't answer questions about government benefits, check with them, but yes, it sounds like you need to get divorced.
