Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello i am a mexican man i had a son three years ago with an american woman in mexico. we never married. we separated and went to court in mexico for the baby. she was given custody and i was given visitation in mexico. last summer my ex left mexico with the baby and moved to the u.s. she has gone to court now saying that she wants a dna test done on the baby to see if i am the father or not. i am trying to have the case returned to mexico. can i refuse to take the dna test ordered by the california court? alleging that the case should be heard in mexico?

If the court adjudicated your paternity in Mexico then you are the father. It need not be revisited again.
