Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am a Mexican-American citizen and have been married to a Canadian for over 20 years, we are now divorcing and I am wondering if I have any legal rights to his Canadian and or American pension fund.

National citizenship has no bearing on pension rights in the U.S. If you qualify to divorce in California, your rights are the same as if you were an average U.S. citizen. Other than that, without knowing all the facts and figures regarding the marriage and pensions there is no way to answer your question.
