Legal Question in Family Law in California
How would someone in Mexico that can't come back to the states go forward with filing for divorce from her husband here in CA? Also, after a 20 year marriage would she be entitled to receive alimony?

She would have to hire an attorney in the county in which her husband lives in California. She would most likely be entitled to alimony in a marriage of that length, but every case is decided on its details.
