Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm in the middle of a divorce in Ca.. I'm the petitioner. I recieved $10,000.00 about 4 years ago as an allotment from my parents deaths. At the present, that is all the money I have received. I put it into a separate savings account where it is currently and in my name only. On FL-142, since it is separate property, do I have to list it?

Yes, it is separate property that you must disclose with any other property that may be separate in nature as well as community property in your disclosure documents.
