Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am currently in the middle of a domestic violence case and I am the victim. We had a hearing a few months back and I lied under oath out of fear because I still live under the same roof as the person who assaulted me. Charges got dropped to a misdemeanor and we have another hearing in a few months. I want to come clean to the DA as I am I working on finding a way out of the abuser’s home before our next court date. How much trouble could I be in if I lied under oath?

It is a good idea to get this straight with the DA. The DA should be able to direct you to resources that will assist you in getting out of the house and possibly into a shelter.
