Legal Question in Family Law in California

Currently in the military and been divorced since JAN 19 2012. My x-wife and I agreed to change our joint custody with our 4 year old daughter to give me full custody. My question is what documents do i need to be able to get full custody? Will i be able to get full custody if i am in the military? I am going to need a guardian for my daughter until i finish my career in the military what document would i need for that? Since both my mother and daughter live in Arizona would i need to file out the paperwork in Arizona?

You should have a stipulation to modify the child custody order. It is best prepared by an attorney and you can hire an attorney or have the facilitators office at the court help you with that. I would charge $275 for the stipulation.
