military family in need

My daughter & her husband live in Washington State. Her son from an ex has visitation.(CA) 4 yr old flys 2x's a month. Bio father order to pay support has not. Ex trying to gain custody. They are n need of affordable lawyer on a military salary. The 4 yr old was award of SD CA previously. Difficult case need help. The step father wants to adopt the child.
