Legal Question in Family Law in California

Military

My husband is abusive, we have been married a year, he is in the military he has ruined numerous items of mine and we have a base housing and we have furniture together he re enlisted in the military and got alot of money he threathens if i leave him he wont give me anything and cause it came out of his money i will get nothing. He will take everything i am scared
