Legal Question in Family Law in California

Military Residence

I am a California resident who was stationed in New Mexico. I separated from the military 5 weeks ago and I have not yet moved back to California. My wife and I have decide to divorce because of her adultery and we have two children, age 5 and 2. I know I can file in for divorce in California. Can I move the children without her consent and then file once I'm there? Do I have to give her my address once I get there or can I just see her in court?

Re: Military Residence

If you move, you must give her your address. It would probably be a bad idea to take the kids.
