Military Retirement

Ex-wife of less than 240 months divorced early in

Navy career now wants the portion of retirement

so said in divorce over 17 years ago. Wife lives

in the ''Hamptons Of Long Island'' remarried also

has higher income than military ex-spouse she wants

retirment from. She is not divorced or retired in

fact together they make well over 100,000.00 a year.

Need lawyer to go to court in San diego as this

retired military cannot leave Hawaii to go to San diego

for court.
