Legal Question in Family Law in California
Im in the military, stationed now in Ca, was Divorced in Tn, kids live in Ar. Ex wants to raise my child support thru Tn. My pay has gone up, but mainly due to cost of living pay, but also my base pay has a little. Will I have to travel back and forth to court? Is time with parent is addressed at this time? (which I have not been allowed, she claims she doesn't have her half of money to send them) Also I will be retiring this year and do not have a job as of yet, if it is modified upwards, will I be able to readdress this matter as soon as later this year?
