The best thing I can tell you is to speak to a competent family law attorney. A consultation with an attorney can allow you to discuss property issues, any custody or visitation issues that you may have, and issues of spousal support and child support. You may be able to have a summary dissolution, but that is not clear from your post. The BBS here is not helpful when it comes to consultations over legal matters, and is more helpful with simple legal issues.
