Legal Question in Family Law in California
If I am a minor who has a child with and over aged male, how can I legally get my son back from him if he is refusing to return him to my custody?

You can't do anything other than maybe report him to the police for statutory rape. Any other legal action would have to be taken by your parents unless you are an emancipated minor by court order.
