Minor councel harrasing me
My son reported abuse to councelor, Dad admitted to violent methods used, councelor reported to c.p.s. as advised i got court temp.stop visitation untell investigation, , and alledged me mentally unfit.having no assigns minor councell. minor councell has never obtained of proof. said my son is minupulitive, threatens me to agree to visitation or ''i will ex parte and remove your son within 24 hours if you dont agree'' now 2nd insident has occured,sherriff insisted not let son go to dads visit. i did as told. minor councel told me i was not allowed to call law enforcment without his concent, my son was seen by a child pshyc. choosen by m.c. for adhd eval. dr. insisted i get restraining order, i explained i cant , judje granted my continuance ,yet addopted m.c.s recomendation to start 50% against sherrifs advise, m.c. has met my son only 1 time. it is my feeling as well as many proffetionals,family members, that m.c. is dads rep not my sons. he is placing my son in great danger if cant stop it by monday. ( psyc. is tring to contact judje)i c.p.s. is opening another inverstigation. Dad has history criminal record for domestic violence also drug trafficing.

It sounds like you had better obtain an attorney. You did not ask a question, probably because you have too many question to know where to begin. That is why you need an attorney who is familiar with the court system, the judge and probably minor's counsel. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
