minor to be emancipated

I need to know all documents and codes that apply to the rights of minors to be emancipated. Also, do they have the right to vote?

Reply: minor to be emancipated

When a minor is emancipated, they are legally considered an adult for the express purposes set forth in Family Code Section 7050, 7051 and 7052. An emancipated minor does not have the right to vote. You may also want to review Family Code Sections 7050, 7100, 7130-35, and 7111.

Good luck to you.
