Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have three minor nieces only guardien of one petitioned the court and because of my husband speaking to the judge and telling that he was not in agreement and promised to keep the minors communication and visiting open also he is not a guardien i am the only name on guardian of one minor, now my sister inlaw and her husband asked me to take over the two they are guardien of then for some reason fought me in court now she has approached me again and said she will sign for me to take them. im haveing a notary write this up and will go and file again.
