Do I have any rights? Please help

You can file a motion to vacate and set aside the judgment that requires you to pay spousal support. Before doing so, I suggest that you have the issue of spousal support (how much and how long) reviewed by an experienced family law attorney. You may be better off leaving it alone.

Good luck to you!
