Missing child and Mother

Can a girlfriend who resides in the home with you for 2 years leave with our 10 month old son and leave no contact info. Can he be taken out of the house legally.

You should file for a kidnapping ex parte order in the family court if you feel that she is kidnapping your child. You can also contact the police. It is urgent and requires immediate attention.
